I've not got yet to hang it I'm waiting on beans so once that happens I'll update my review, but so far other than not being able to get a hold of you on the phone, your customer service has been excellent I believe they sent me the wrong hardware the first time and I explained it to you guys and it wasn't three or four days I got to whole new hanger set for my Rspec LED and they even threw in the rope ratchet thingies,thank you save me 15-20 bucks and I do appreciate it I can't wait for my beans I can't wait to see what this big bad boy will do but to everybody at HLG keep up the good work, you guys are the best, please keep the production in the USA, please keep innovating with Samsung and if at all possible make the diodes even closer to the Suns makeup and most of all KEEP MAKING THE BEST DAMN LIGHTS ON THE MARKET 💯👍✌️✌️

They gave them to me for free after complaining about losing free shipping but, they forgot to put them in the box. They then sent me twice what I was promised, thanks, so its great customer service. All lights should come with these instead of normally having to buy them separate. They only cost like $2-4 per pair on their site. If you put these in your checkout cart then it cancels out the free shipping with the light and charges like $13 shipping. Just ship them with the light automatically for free because you cant hang the lights without these effectively.
