The first one I got worked for about 15 minutes on Friday night when I received it after having difficulty on my end getting order through. The salesman on the phone, I believe, Greg? Was awesome, called back to insure everything was ok. I left a message over the weekend about the faulty fixture not expecting a immediate response. By the time I saw a email from HLG my a replacement has already been shipped!! My current light has been on for 2 days n no problem. A label was sent to return the old one no questions asked. I will be returning it tomorrow! I am VERY happy
