Eligibility:

The Grow Mag Contest (the "Contest") is open to legal resident of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least (18) years old at the time of the entry. Employees of Horticulture Lighting Group and other companies associated with the promotion of the Contest, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Agreement to Official Rules:

Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein. Submission is obtained only thru filling out the above form or contacting HLG directly and submitting the needed email information.

Contest Period:

The Contest begins 06/01/2021 at 12:00 am and ends 08/01/2021 11:59 pm. (the "Contest" Period). Entries that are submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration the Contest using the following methods.

How to Enter:

Limit one (1) entry per person, per email, and per household for the duration of the Contest Period, regardless of method of entry. Entries received from any person, e-mail address, or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and log-ins or any other methods will void that entrants entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified.

Proof of eligibility may be requested.

Prize Drawing:

On or about 08/01/2021, the Sponsor will select a potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The selected winner must meet all criteria for all terms and conditions of these official rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The winner will be announced after the end date stated within this page. The odds of being selected as a winner is based on how many entries are received and total prizes available.

In the event that a prize winner is disqualified for any reason, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner by random drawing by Horticulture Lighting Group. There will be (1) alternate drawing after which the applicable prize will remain unawarded.

All prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Horticulture Lighting Group Corp. Sponsor and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of misuse of any prize.

Horticulture Lighting Group Corp is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion. Sponsor is not liable for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused directly or indirectly in whole or in part from entrant's participation in the promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
